Meeting Schedule
Pack Meetings (All Dens Together)
📅 3rd Thursday of each month, 6:30–8:00 PM (Sep–May)
📍 Deer Creek Elementary School Cafeteria
First 15–20 min: Parent meeting — announcements, volunteer opportunities, Q&A
Check BAND for monthly updates or exceptions
Den Meetings (1st & 2nd Thursdays)

Campouts
Schedule: Friday arrival optional · Most families arrive Sat 8–9 AM · Depart Sun by 11 AM
💰 Cost: $20/person meals + $5 archery + $5 BB guns
Example: 1 scout + 2 adults = $70 total
All family members welcome (registration & meal payment required)
Schedule: Same format as Fall Campout

Interactive museum overnight experience for Scouts and families.
💰 Cost: ~$95/person
Note: For overnight events, any adult attending who is not the parent or legal guardian of a youth must be a registered Scouting America member and must have current Safeguarding Youth Training.

CommunicationsOur main communication tool — calendar updates, announcements, photos, and group chats. Families receive a private invite after submitting youth application.

AdvancementTrack your Scout's advancement online at advancements.scouting.org. Also available via the "Scouting BSA" mobile app (App Store / Google Play).
Include your Scout's name and den in emails for faster responses.
